36th Annual Queens County Fair Offers Traditional Fun for Everyone

Fall might be swiftly approaching, but the nice weather isn’t over quite yet. Before cooler climates settle in, join us at the 36th Annual Queens County Fair to celebrate the last days of Summer. Taking place September 22nd and 23rd, this traditional county fair features something for the entire family, so don’t miss out on this excellent chance to enjoy the last of the warm weather before it’s too late.

Activities                                                   

Located at the Queens County Farm Museum, the 36th Annual Queens County Fair will feature loads of traditional family fun, including blue ribbon competitions in livestock, produce, home crafts, crafts, and plenty more. Additionally, you’ll find pie eating and corn-husking contests, hayrides, pig races, carnival rides, midway games, and kids’ entertainment ranging from jugglers and acrobats.

Additionally, the County Fair will offer great dancing and drinks at the Beer Garden, as well as music from the Shannon Breeze Irish Band and Something Special Big Band.

If that weren’t enough, the Queens County Fair will also feature exciting medieval combat demos at the historic Adriance Farmhouse and The Amazing Maize Maze, a giant corn maze which opens for the season at the beginning of the fair.
